Dynamicush

The Fitflop Dynamicush footbed technology is designed to minimise impact through enhanced cushioning and an anatomically contoured shape. The rubber outsole provides slip resistance and durability.

Biomechanics

Fitflop rigorously test all their footwear designs at the Human Performance Lab in Calgary, which is the world's leading biomechanics research centre. The testing aims to study how footwear affects muscle activity, and how to optimise pressure diffusion and body alignment through shoe design.

Care And Cleaning

Fitflop footwear should be stored away from light, damp areas and heaters, and should not be stored in shoeboxes for long periods of time because the lack of air can impact on certain materials. Midsoles or footbeds that are lined or wrapped with leather should be wiped gently with a damp cloth and further treated with specialist leather cleaners.

Most Birkenstock styles are available in Regular or Narrow Width. The Narrow fits Narrow feet. The Regular fits Regular to Wider width feet. About 80% of the population are suited to the Regular fit. If you already own a pair of Birkenstocks or are trying them on in store - check out the little foot symbol on the footbed of the shoe (between the arch and heel) or on the shoe box. If the foot is coloured in, it is a Narrow (N). If it is just an outline of a foot, it is a Regular (R).
