Holiday Return & Exchange Policy for Online Orders
Shopping silly season? We’ve got you. All orders placed between 2 December 2025 and 24 December 2025 are eligible for return or exchange until 31 January 2026, giving you plenty of time to sort out sizing surprises or gift-giving flops.
Please note: All items are still subject to our standard return and exchange policy, including condition requirements and exclusions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
We will offer a refund or exchange of your purchase provided the following criteria are met:
- Your refund / exchange is occurring within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You have proof of purchase (original receipt) together with the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, a credit note, or exchange will be offered instead.
- The items you wish to return / exchange are unworn, unmarked and in a resaleable condition. The original packaging must also be returned in a resaleable condition.
- The item was purchased at full price.
- Discounted items can be returned for a credit or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date.
- Items purchased during a FINAL CLEARANCE promotion are heavily discounted and are not eligible for exchange, return or credit.
Faulty items: If your item is faulty (not normal wear & tear), we reserve the right to send the item to the manufacturer for review and assessment before a refund, repair or replacement is issued.
Credit notes: Credit notes are valid for 3 years from date of issue. Treat your credit note like cash as we cannot recover your credit note details if lost.

We accept returns for all online purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging inside a parcel bag. Please avoid attaching the return label directly to the shoebox; a $15 packaging fee will be deducted from refunds if this guideline is not followed.
If a returned or exchanged item is not in original condition upon its return to our warehouse, we reserve the right to take payment for that item.
Full-Priced Items:
Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Returns will incur a $15.19 shipping and handling fee.
Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Final Sale Items:
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Final sale items do not qualify for store credit, refund or exchange, and cannot be refunded, exchanged or provided with a store credit for change of mind.
What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s)* in your order for a refund, exchange or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. *This does not apply for final sale, and special sale items. All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Please note that all original shipping fees and the “Free Returns” coverage are non-refundable. These service fees are applied at the time of shipment and are not eligible for reimbursement unless your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect upon receipt.

Online Gift Cards
Online Gift cards are only valid online. Valid for the value indicated or the remaining value. Gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full. Only valid until the date listed on the gift card. Bstore will not accept liability for lost, damaged or stolen gift vouchers. Special Sale Terms and Conditions:
- Special sales are exclusively valid for online purchases made at https://www.bstore.com.au.
- Offers are applicable only to eligible items and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
- All purchases made during a Special Sale are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item is found to be faulty. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
- Items purchased during Special Sales may be exchanged for different sizes, colors, or styles, please reach out to our Customer Service for assistance. Please refer to the sizing guides provided on the website to ensure accurate fit.
- Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
- No further reductions will be applied at checkout. Bstore reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Sale at any time without prior notice.
- Special Sales are subject to stock availability. Bstore does not guarantee the availability of all items throughout the duration.
- Bstore is not liable for any technical malfunctions, website downtime, or errors that may occur during Special Sale periods.

Eligibility

Winner Notification

Bstore reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. Bstore may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

(b) An event beyond Bstore's control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Bstore is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
