When Will My Order Be Posted?

All orders are shipped AusPost Express.

• Orders over $160 qualify for FREE express shipping
• Orders of $120-$159.99 are shipped express for a flat free of $10
• Orders below $120 are shipped express for a flat fee of $15

If the shoes you purchase are available at our warehouse, they will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you order on the weekend or outside of business hours, your shoes will be dispatched on the next business day.

If your shoes are not available at our warehouse, they will be transferred from one of our 12 stores, which may add an extra day to delivery times. 

When Will I Get My Order?

All our orders are sent with Australia Post Express Shipping. This service typically takes 1 – 2 business days for major metro areas. Please note that some rural areas can experience delivery delays of up to 8 – 10 days. 

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a link to the postage provider’s site. You can then enter your tracking number to see when your parcel will arrive.
