How To Make Your Return or Exchange:

Check Our Conditions

Before returning an item, please check to see whether it meets the following conditions:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn or in their original condition.
- You must provide a copy of your receipt to receive a refund or exchange.
- Items need to be returned in a parcel bag. Please do not stick the returns label to the box. A $15 packaging fee will be deducted from your refund if the shoes are not returned in a parcel bag and in their original packaging. 

    OPTION 1: In-Store (WA only)

    - Pop into your nearest Bstore.
    - Make sure you have proof of purchase with you.
    - Shoes must be returned in new sellable condition with packaging and box intact.
    - We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
    - You have 30 days from the date of purchase to either exchange for another style/size or receive a credit note that is valid for 12 months.

    OPTION 2: Online Purchases

    Online orders cannot be returned in store.

    OzSale

    For OzSale customers, you will also need to lodge a return with OzSale. This is due to OzSale's return policy, as we cannot refund an order without a return lodge within the OzSale platform also. 

     

    Christmas Period

    To be able to gift with confidence, our returns window has now been extended! That means that any item purchased from now up until Christmas can be returned or exchanged until January 31st 2022.
