Fitting Notes
Vitamin FF Sneaker fits true to size, however, if you're in between sizes, we recommend choosing a half size, or going up to your larger size. However, make sure to have room at the front of the shoe for more fluid movement when exercising.
Vitamin FF Sneaker will suit most foot widths and has a medium fit. If you have an above-average broad foot we recommend sizing up. The laces are non-functional so if you have a broad fit you make experience some rubbing.

This shoe runs true to size. We recommend sticking with your usual size.
This shoe provides pretty advanced support features, such as longitudinal, metatarsal and transverse arch support, heel cup and a contoured footbed.

How to find your size
Step 1
Stand on a level floor with your heel up against the wall or straight edge.
Step 2
Place a ruler or measuring tape on the floor under your foot or alongside it, with your heel at 0cm.
Step 3
Measure the length of your foot from your heel to the end of your longest toe (yes, even if it's your second toe).
Step 4
Measure both feet and go with the length of your longest foot if they are different. If you are in between sizes, we recommend going for the larger size.
Step 5
Check out the size charts below to find your size. All sizes listed are either in US or EU, depending on the brand.

I have quite a few pairs of FitFlop shoes. While these were the exact shoe I was after, I found them difficult to ease onto my foot - I hadn't noticed in the pictures that the laces did not undo and that there was no separate tongue to widen the shoe in order to put it on. If I could have easily put them onto my feet, they would have been a keeper - a design issue rather than quality.
