I had very high hopes for this sandals due to my plantar fasciitis. Although I very much like the style, I found the sandals a tad heavy (compared to Birkenstock) and not comfortable when worn for an extended period. I was also hoping for the footbed to be slightly cushiony but it isn't, so it's quite painful on someone with plantar.
