Seamless process to return and transparent Ts & Cs

Love my new Boggs boots. The true fit told me to buy boots 2 sizes too small - it didn't matter - the free unlimited return gave me confidence to buy, and now I have the most comfortable ankle gumboots for winter walks and gardening. Lovely rebound sole and a 10mm heel-to-toe drop mean I can keep walking or working for hours without aggravating my feet and achilles.

I live in regional Australia so I don’t have the option of trying on different styles of Birkenstock. The Unlimited return Option effectively put me back in the city. Birkenstock themselves recommended Bstore. I couldn’t be happier.

Whilst no free, at $4.58 it may as well be. Great initiative to make sure you get the perfect fitting shoe. The B Store sales ethos makes you want to go back to instore shopping, just pleasant people in person and online, who says, "thank you for trying on our shoes" even if you don't purchase?

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size
My size was unavailable.
I opted for store credit as I assumed it would be restocked as it's a popular product and size.bbut unfortunately it hasn't been yet.
I should have opted for bank refund as other stores have the size I need
