Purchased online, Birkenstocks came quick.
Ended up going into the Miranda store to see if I could exchange them for a narrow pair but they didn't have any in stock. The girl in store was so nice & helpful. She offered to add a hole on my birks so they'd fit a bit tighter and it worked perfectly. She was working on her own and serving multiple people but still helped me with a smile on her face, she deserves a raise!
After two pairs that weren’t quite ‘right’ - the 3rd pair are perfect. Cannot fault BStore customer service!! They are fast, no fuss and want to have happy customers. Absolutely recommend!!!
