Whether you have narrow, wide or in-between feet, FRANKiE4’s Patented Custom Fit Pack will help you get your footwear feeling just right. Included in every pair of the 'Custom Fit' styles, the Fit Pack comes with full-length footbeds, half-length footbeds and forefoot cushions.

Orthotic Friendly

Frankie4 was founded by podiatrists who understand the need for orthotic-friendly shoes that don't compromise on style or quality. Styles with removable footbeds are generally suitable for custom orthotics, though this may vary depending on individual orthotic shape and size.

Frankie4 Fit Details

This Frankie4 fits true to size and we recommend sticking to your usual size. Refer to the Size Guide if you are unsure.

This Frankie4 is a regular width, suitable for people with regular to wide feet. Frankie4 closed shoes come with a Custom Fit Pack, allowing you to customise your fit by building up or down the removable footbed elements.

This Frankie4 provides support features including an integrated footbed that offers arch support, heel support and forefoot cushioning.

How to find your size

Step 1

Stand on a level floor with your heel up against the wall or straight edge.

Step 2

Place a ruler or measuring tape on the floor under your foot or alongside it, with your heel at 0cm.

Step 3

Measure the length of your foot from your heel to the end of your longest toe (yes, even if it's your second toe).

Step 4

Measure both feet and go with the length of your longest foot if they are different. If you are in between sizes, we recommend going for the larger size.

Step 5

Check out the size charts below to find your size. All sizes listed are either in US or EU, depending on the brand.

I tried the similar Hannah in the same size, and they were weirdly narrow at the toe, while gaping at the mid-foot, and too long in the footbed. Returned them to try the Sophie instead, and they are just perfect! They fit me in my usual Frankie4 size. There's a little bit of rubbing against one heel, but hopefully they will wear in fine.
