Foot Health

The combo of soft and flexible uppers, cushioned insoles with arch and metatarsal support, and an anatomic footbed make Arcopedico shoes a popular choice for people experiencing bunions, poor circulation, plantar fasciitis or general foot sensitivities.

Lytech Upper

The Lytech construction delivers the same Arcopedico quality and comfort that people love, along with being flexible, breathable, durable, and able to naturally adapt to the shape of the foot.

Twin Arch Support

The polyurethane insole and twin arch support system delivers a soft cushioned feel underfoot while still offering enhanced arch and metatarsal support, and distributing weight evenly across the bottom of the foot. This cushioned support makes them a good option for those experiencing plantar fasciitis and foot sensitivities.

ARCOPEDICO Fit Details

This shoe runs a little large. If you are usually a half size or on the fence, we recommend going down a size.

This shoe is a standard width and suitable for people with regular width feet.

This shoe provides advanced support features, such as a contoured footbed with longitudinal, metatarsal and transverse arch support, heel cup and mould, and raised toe bar to provide basic orthotic support.

Most Birkenstock styles are available in Regular or Narrow Width. The Narrow fits Narrow feet. The Regular fits Regular to Wider width feet. About 80% of the population are suited to the Regular fit. If you already own a pair of Birkenstocks or are trying them on in store - check out the little foot symbol on the footbed of the shoe (between the arch and heel) or on the shoe box. If the foot is coloured in, it is a Narrow (N). If it is just an outline of a foot, it is a Regular (R).
