Archies Size Guide

Archies Thongs are unisex and do not have a separate size system for men and women. The sizes listed are US.

Archies Thongs sizing runs very true to your normal US running shoe size (for both men and women), so we suggest to select that for your size.

If you have any doubts as to which size to choose and or you simply want to confirm your size selection, then we suggest to measure your foot length using the instructions below and check the recommended corresponding size via the Archies Thongs size conversion chart.

Most Birkenstock styles are available in 'regular' or 'narrow' width.

Narrow width is suitable for narrow to slender feet.

Regular width is suitable for normal to wide feet.

If you already own a pair of Birkenstocks or are trying them on in store - check out the little foot symbol on the footbed. If the foot is coloured in, it's a narrow (N). If it's just an outline of a foot, it's a regular (R).

Archies for my Arch(i)es

I love these fabulous foot savers. They are so comfortable, so soft underfoot and the perfect antidote to my painful arthritic feet. There are many days when I cannot wear any of my shoes due to the pain and swelling of my feet, but my Archies are wearable on all but the very worst day. I am thankful and grateful to the friend who recommended them to me - and of course the inventor and manufacturer.

Comfortable but

Not for broad feet, which is a bummer. They are a good thong, though but I'll just wear them at home.
