What do I do if I have a problem with my order? |

For your convenience, you may contact us via e-mail. Our customer service
representatives will look into your request and will provide an e-mail response
by the end of the next business day. Contacting us via e-mail is more
efficient, however you may also contact our customer service representatives on
08 9284 6888 during the following hours (Eastern Standard Time).

What is your Online Shopping Return Policy? |

Bstore is dedicated to providing our customers with quality products, ensuring
that each transaction results in a satisfactory shopping experience. Please
choose your product carefully. All products can be returned for an exchange or
refund if the product is faulty, but not simply if you change your mind. If the
product does not fit correctly or you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we
are happy to exchange, however you will need to pay postage both ways. Shoes
for return or exchange need to be returned to Bstore within 14 days of
purchase.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging - that
means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. We cannot accept
exchanges that are scuffed, soiled or worn in any way , so
please test drive your new footwear on a carpeted surface. All orders MUST
be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes not in their original box will
incur a $5.00 re-boxing fee.
Upon receipt of your returned products, Bstore will happily exchange to the
value of the goods purchased, providing the returned goods meet our standard
conditions for return.
Any returns should first be advised either via email to
mail@bstore.com.au or via mail to our office at 21 Rokeby Road ,
Subiaco WA 6008.
All returns must be sent prepaid for the full price by a traceable
carrier. Please complete and enclose the
return form with your shoes.
If your Birkenstocks are damaged upon delivery, Bstore will replace them on the
condition that written notification of their damage is advised to our Customer
Service Centre within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods must be
returned to Bstore within 14 working days of purchase to be eligible for a
refund. Bstore will reimburse you for any postage charges you incur if the
product/s are found to be faulty.

Bstore Electronic Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
Coupons and discount vouchers may not be used to purchase electronic gift
(e-gift) vouchers.
E-gift vouchers expire 1 year from the delivery date.
When redeeming e-gift vouchers, any unused balance will be available for future
purchase of merchandise.
E-gift vouchers can be redeemed only for merchandise purchased from Bstore.
Upon redeeming your e-gift voucher, if your purchase exceeds to amount of the
voucher, you will need to pay the difference.
E-gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable if lost or
stolen.
Gift boxing is not available for e-gift vouchers.
E-gift vouchers will be sent by mail at no charge. E-gift vouchers usually
arrive by email within 24 hours. E-gift vouchers are issued by Bstore.
Electronic gift vouchers can only be redeemed online.
Use of Bstore e-gift vouchers constitutes your acceptance of these terms and
