How long will it take for my shoes to arrive and how much does this cost?

Bstore sends all shoes either by Australian Air Express or by Express Post. Both Express Post and AAE endeavour to deliver product the next day, but due to unseen problems your shoes MAY take up to 5 working days to arrive depending where you live in Australia. Please be patient. If your shoes have not arrived within 5 working days of placing your order please contact Bstore at mail@bstore.com.au.

Delivery conditions

Bstore recommends that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases.
If no-one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your Express Post Satchel at your convenience.


Delivery guarantee

At Bstore we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a consultant will email you with anticipated delivery dates. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is ready for shipment.


Receipt

All customers of Bstore will receive a receipt of purchase. Please refer to the order number shown on the receipt for any queries that you may have with your order. This receipt can be printed out for your referral. All orders will be processed immediately upon receipt provided goods are in stock. All credit cards will be debited upon despatch of order. On the day that your order is shipped we will e-mail you the tracking information.

How do I know for sure that you've received my order?

Immediately after you click the "submit order" button you will see a screen that says "thank you for your order." This message will also include an order number. This is your first sign that your order is being sent. You will also receive an e-mail from us within a few minutes with a summary of your order.


Can I place an order through this website if I live outside Australia?

We cannot accept orders from outside Australia. If you live outside Australia, please contact the manufacturer at info@birkenstock.de for more information.
