How much will my order cost to Ship?

For orders $100 and above, the shipping's on us!  All orders under $100 will incur a flat shiping fee of $13.  Our website will automatically calculate the shipping for you when you check out.

How long will it take you to send my shoes?

On average, orders are dispatched within 2 business days.  If you give us a call at 1300 818 849 we can give you precise information.

How long will it take for my shoes to arrive?

In our experience most deliveries to cities and regional centres takes 1-2 business days, with rural areas taking longer. To make sure your shoes get to you on the first attempt, we highly recommend getting your shoes delivered to an address where someone will be there to recieve them eg. a work address.  Unfortunately some extremely rural areas will will take 5-7 working days.  To see the list of affected suburbs, click here.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes and/or Parcel Lockers?

Yes we can! 

Can you deliver to Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, the Cocos Islands and the Australian Antarctic Territory?

Yes we can, however due to the costs of sending to these external Australian terroritories, your order will take 7-10 working days to be delivered.  Orders over $99 will still qualify for free delivery and orders under $99 will incur a flat shipping fee of $12.

Delivery conditions

Bstore recommends that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases.  If no-one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel may either be left unattended or may be taken to an alternate delivery point.

Delivery Guarantee

At Bstore we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a Bstore team member will email you with anticipated delivery dates or alternate options.

How do I know for sure that you've received my order?

Immediately after you click the "submit order" button your web browser will show a page that says "thank you for your order." This message will also include an order number. This is your first sign that your order is being sent. You will also receive an e-mail from us within a few minutes with a summary of your order.

Can I place an order through this website if I live outside Australia?

Unfortunately international orders can't be placed via our website at this stage.
