Bstore sends all shoes by Express Post. Depending on where in Australia you are, your shoes MAY take up to 5 working days to arrive, but in our experience most of our orders arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. Please be patient. If your shoes have not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch please contact Bstore at enquiries@bstore.com.au.
All orders under $100 will incur a flat shiping fee of $12. For orders $100 and above, the shipping's on us! Our website will automatically calculate the shipping for you when you check out.
Bstore recommends that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases. If no-one is available at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave your parcel unattended.
At Bstore we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a consultant will email you with anticipated delivery dates. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is ready for shipment.
All customers of Bstore will receive a receipt of purchase. Please refer to the order number shown on the receipt for any queries that you may have with your order. This receipt can be printed out for your referral. All orders will be processed immediately upon receipt provided goods are in stock. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 days, however occasionally orders can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched. All credit cards will be debited upon despatch of order. On the day that your order is shipped we will e-mail you the tracking information. Please check our Fineprint/FAQ page for additional information.
Immediately after you click the "submit order" button you will see a screen that says "thank you for your order." This message will also include an order number. This is your first sign that your order is being sent. You will also receive an e-mail from us within a few minutes with a summary of your order.
We cannot accept orders from outside Australia. If you live outside Australia, please contact the manufacturer at info@birkenstock.de for more information.
