Q: Can I place an order through this website if I live outside Australia?

A: We cannot accept orders from outside Australia. If you live outside Australia, please contact the manufacturer of the shoe you wish to buy for your nearest stockist.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

A: For your convenience, you may contact us via e-mail: mail@bstore.com.auOur customer service representatives will look into your request and will provide an e-mail response by the end of the next business day. You may also contact our customer service representatives at our Bstore Service Centre on 1300 818 849 during the following hours (public holidays excluded):

Q: What is your Online Shopping Return Policy?

A: Bstore is dedicated to providing our customers with quality products, ensuring that each transaction results in a satisfactory shopping experience. Please choose your product carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind. If the product does not fit correctly or you have ordered the wrong size or colour, Bstore will change them for the correct size and mail them back to you at your cost provided the shoe has not been worn outside or is marked in any way. Shoes for return or exchange need to be returned to Bstore within 14 days of purchase.  For more on returns, see our exchanges page.

Q: What is Bstore’s Online Shopping Privacy Policy?

A: We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you share helps us provide the best products and service possible.  When you become a Bstore customer, we require specific information to fill your order. Some of this information includes name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and e-mail address. We handle this information in a secure, confidential manner.

By placing an online order, you give Bstore permission to communicate with you in regards to any important information regarding your order, including the security of your customer information. This communication could be via e-mail, in writing or by phone.

You may receive a message on your computer asking if you will accept cookies. Computer cookies are small bits of data that help us recognise you each time you return to our website. They are stored on your computer's hard drive. They do not damage your data and they cannot be used to access the private information you've given.

After a phone order is processed, all credit card details are destroyed.  For information on online transcations, see below. Bstore does not share, sell or trade with third parties your Personal Information gathered online.

Q: Why is bstore.com.au so safe?

A: Bstore uses ahas a secure certificate from Geotrust, one of the world's largest providers of SSL certificates.  This certificate encrypts the credit card information that you transmit between your computer and Securepay, our online payment gateway. When you make a purchase our website contacts your bank and gets authorisation to charge the amount of your order.  This amount is held by your bank in a holding acccount, and is transferred to Bstore only when we dispatch your order.  At no point does Bstore come into contact with your full credit card details.  For further information about our SSL Certificate, click the image below.

Bstore Electronic Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Coupons and discount vouchers may not be used to purchase electronic gift (e-gift) vouchers.  E-gift vouchers expire 1 year from the delivery date.  When redeeming e-gift vouchers, any unused balance will be available for future purchase of merchandise.  E-gift vouchers can be redeemed only for merchandise purchased from Bstore.  Upon redeeming your e-gift voucher, if your purchase exceeds to amount of the voucher, you will need to pay the difference.
E-gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable if lost or stolen.  E-gift vouchers can be sent by mail at no charge. E-gift vouchers usually arrive by email within 24 hours. E-gift vouchers are issued by Bstore.  Electronic gift vouchers can only be redeemed online.  Use of Bstore e-gift vouchers constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
