Correct Size
It is extremely important to choose the correct size of MBT. In contrast to
normal shoes, the toes when wearing MBT’s, are allowed to almost touch the
front of the shoe, the foot will naturally move backwards through the action of
putting the load initially on the tilting edge. With normal shoes the foot
usually moves to the front with each step (the breaking effect). If there is
too much roll, blisters can form.
When your MBTs arrive we suggest you wear them around the house for an hour or
so to be sure the size is right. The fit with MBT should be snug but NOT tight.
Your foot should not be allowed to slide too much in the shoe. If it does move
backwards and forwards in the shoe you may get blisters in which case the shoe
could be too big or too small.
90% of feet are suitable for the MBT Sport style which is a regular width. The
Boost, MWalk and Ice White are all suitable for a narrow foot.
When your shoes arrive and if you believe you have chosen the wrong size, please
mail your MBT’s back to Bstore with a return form. This is located at
www.bstore.com.au/exchanges.aspx. We will change them for the correct
size and mail them back to you at no additional cost (once only), provided the
shoe has not been worn outside or is marked in any way.

Correct Application
MBT is not a shoe. It is a type of medical sports training equipment and its
correct application determines its success. If you would like to attend a free
instructional walking class please contact
enquiries@bstore.com.au We will let you know the closest instructional
class to you is being held.
The application of wearing MBT as an accompanying therapy for people suffering
existing illnesses or disability can lead to unwanted reactions if incorrectly
applied. In these cases it is absolutely essential to be supervised by a
qualified MBT instructor. When you purchase you MBT’s you will receive a
complimentary instructional DVD. Please be sure to watch it.
If you are suffering from an existing illness or disability we strongly suggest
that you get advice from a medical professional before purchasing your MBT’s.
