Bstore Return Policy

 

Bstore is dedicated to providing our customers with quality products, ensuring that each transaction results in a satisfactory shopping experience. Please choose your product carefully - we do not offer refunds. If the product does not fit correctly or you change your mind, we'll happily exchange them for another size, or any other in-stock product and mail them back to you at your cost provided the shoes have not been worn outside or are marked in any way.  We can also exchange your shoes and issue a Bstore credit note, again provided the shoes have not been worn outside or are marked in any way.  You may return your shoes up to 365 days after your original date of purchase.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging - that means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. We cannot accept exchanges that are scuffed, soiled or worn in any way, so please test drive your new footwear on a carpeted surface. Where the shoe is packaged in a shoe box, the orders must be returned in the original box, even if the box is a little beaten up. Shoes not in their original box (where they originally came packaged in a box) will incur a $5.00 re-boxing fee.

Any returns should first be advised either via email to enquiries@bstore.com.au. All returns must be sent with the freight/postage prepaid.  We recommend using express or registered post to return your shoes to ensure they find their way safely back to us - Bstore is not responsible for the safe delivery of your shoes back to us. Please complete and enclose the return form linked below in full with your shoes, and post them to:

If your shoes are damaged upon delivery or otherwise faulty, Bstore will replace them on the condition that written notification of their damage is advised to our Customer Service Centre (enquiries@bstore.com.au) within 7 days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods must be returned to Bstore within 15 working days of purchase. Bstore will reimburse you for any postage charges you incur if the product/s is found to be faulty.
